Community hospital located in the gorgeous Thousand Island region of the St. Lawrence River seeks a Family Practitioner to join the primary care clinic team due to growth. Responsibilities include clinical decision-making as it relates to  primary care, treatment and follow up care provisions, Teaches disease prevention and health wellness. This client has strong ties to Fort Drum military base just 30 minutes away in Watertown, NY, and is proud to care for active military and their families.    FAMILY PRACTITIONER INCENTIVES:
