Associate Medical Director, Psychiatry

Adult and Child is currently seeking a full-time Associate Medical Director for its outpatient facility located on the Southside of Indianapolis, IN. This position will collaborate with a team of skills development specialists, therapists, and medical staff to provide treatment to SMI populations. The Associate Medical Director will work in collaboration with our new Jane Pauley primary care provider and new Valle Vista outpatient facility as well as a host of other programs and services Adult and Child provides. This position will work under the direction of the Medical Director and CEO.

This position has no on-call and no weekend work hours.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing a range of psychiatric and medical services to clients
• Serving as a leader and resource to a team of quality care providers
• Assist the Medical Director and CEO with new initiatives as needed
• Serve as back-up to the Medical Director in his absence

We are seeking candidates with the following qualities:

• Medical degree from an accredited university/school of medicine
• Psychiatric residency as recognized by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
• Must be board certified
• Licensure by the State of Indiana
• Five years of supervisory experience
